Deep Dives Focussing on a specific Beacon feature or function, our online Deep Dives take the time to explore the full breadth of elements in your account. Really get to grips with them via these how-tos, or use them as a way to investigate new features you’re interested in. Webinars Bringing non-profit concepts, operational best-practice, or charity insights, our webinars take a higher-level look at a wide variety of issues and ideas. Often presented in collaboration with special guests from amongst our customers, partners, or industry experts. Clinics Run weekly, Beacon Clinics are an online, small-group, interactive session to quiz a Beacon expert and get your questions answered. We heavily limit the number of attendees for these events to ensure they remain valuable and personal for those in the session. Meetups We’ll occasionally put on in-person gatherings around the UK, bringing together customers from a variety of backgrounds and charity types to chat face-to-face. It’s a chance for charities to network and connect with each other, and for us to learn more about the wonderful work you all do! Beacon Basics Every other month we'll run 2 hour training sessions that give more of an overview of Beacon's functionality. Ideal if you're a new user, or a historic user who just wants to brush up on the basics!
